The La Conca farmhouse was born from our idea, to preserve and enhance the homes of families used until a few
years ago in barns and farmhouses, previously inhabited by the ancestors This is how the idea of the renovation of
the first structure was born, located in CONTRADA RIGA, 13 and consisting of two communicating apartments, 'LUna and Sole ' with each
two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and equipped kitchen. partly furnished in poor art and partly, they retain furniture belonging to the family, the floors
partly new and partly
original in old terracotta. the structure is isolated, set in a suggestive natural setting, where it is still possible to hear the rooster crow , where you can spot deer walking at
dusk and where it is not difficult to meet wild boars and foxes that are the real masters of these reserve places. ricole who will
be happy to let you taste the freshly milked milk, or the eggs just taken from the hens and then ... the owners will surprise you with their gifts: freshly baked cakes, to be enjoyed with homemade jams, extra virgin olive oil olives of their production, multipulciano wine, nuts ...
The second structure, is located in the FONTE S. CROCE district, and è the company headquarters, where
we live too. The structure consists of two communicating apartments for a total of 5 bedrooms with bathroom and 2 equipped kitchens. One of the rooms also has an independent entrance, fridge and TV in the room, and è the studio 'Canuti ' ... yes, because each room bears the
name of a place in the Contrada: Paterno, canuti, Znolf, Tertieri, Luco The structure is completely fenced and equipped with large outdoor areas where it is possible to eat outside or let the children play, it is easily accessible even during the dense and abundant winter snows, because it is located close to the main road, even if surrounded by wonderful oak woods.
